On the payment page of checkout (step 2), select the Gift Code tab. From there, enter your gift code and click ‘apply’. If your order still has a remaining balance, you can add another gift code or a credit card payment.

While you will not receive a credit to your account, a new gift code for the remaining balance will be generated and displayed on the Thank You page after your order is submitted. It will also appear on your order confirmation email.

Orders for in-stock items submitted by 3:00 P.M. ET will ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 3:00 PM ET will ship the following business day.

Some items are produced on-demand. The estimated production time is noted in the product description.

Items ordered from inventory can be returned back to inventory for a refund. To process a return email support@cogginspromo.com for a return authorization and instructions.

Items produced on-demand may only be returned or refunded if the item is damaged or defective.

If your Gift Code total is greater than your order total, you will receive a new Gift Code for the remaining balance. This code will be presented on the Thank You page after your order is submitted, and additionally included in your email order confirmation.

It is recommended that employee checkout using OKTA (SSO). For users without OKTA credentials, you can checkout using the Guest Checkout option.
